Watson T. Browne is a British artist who is now permanently  resident in the U.K.  after a long and successful recording career in Europe.  The CD the Best of Watson T Browne has been released this year and comprises both original songs and covers. 

In January 2002 Watson was invited to the Munich radio station Bayern 3 as one of his original compositions named "Searching for a Star" had been re-released on a compilation CD.  In fact , since its original recording, this song has been re-released on eight compilation CDs with featured artists such as Malcolm McDonald, Sting, Take That and Quincy Jones. 

Some, but by no means all of Watson's releases are listed in the search engines Yahoo, Google and Ask Jeeves.  It is also possible to listen to "Searching for a Star" online.  Watson also has many original compositions which have never been released.
